Customer Feedback

What are our customers saying about us? Check out our un-edited (typos an all) customer feedback. The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done. Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.

We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite. With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live feedback area? First, for us, it has been informative. Some feedbacks have had good suggestions for improvement. Second, this area is also for our potential customers. We hope the feedback area can give them a good feel as to what to expect in service and quality. And we hope it is just the encouragement needed to try us out! Toby, The numbers and letters I have been buying are used on our drag boat, three tow vehicles and our golf cart. The drag boat in the attached photo shows the numbers we bought on the scoop. I also have "War Eagle" provided by you on the back of the rear deck. We are a member of the Southern Drag Boat Association run all the races. WE ran is the SE class last year but a built a new engine over the winter that has the boat now running in the 9 sec. range so we are going up a class at the nxt race, hence the need for the "ME" letters. I have a much larger project that I have been contemplating that you may like to consider doing. Be in the boat is named "War Eagle" I have plans to create a custom designed eagle for the front deck. If interested I can send some preliminary thoughts on what I would like to have. let me know by phone or email. Having said the above we would be willing to do some advertising at the races for you, what do you have in mind? Do you have literature? Business card handouts? Looking forward to your reponse. I was looking for some small lettering in silver for my 2004 tundra doors. I searched appx. 12 sites and found "signspecialist.com" no pic available letters are 1" high and hard to photograph but none the less they look as if they are painted on. Kick ### job thanks!...

Thank You! Your on-line design system with previews of the finished product is amazing. Ordering was super simple, pricing was so low that I had to check twice just to make sure it was right. I went with the Gold Leaf,Black outline & shadowing. Even with the extra cost for those upgrades, it was still alot cheaper than was available locally or on-line at other sites. The encluded application instructions were simple and straight forward with great illustrations. The encluded squeegee worked like a charm, my family and friends think I paid a professional top dollar to letter my boat.
