The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.
We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? The font came out great. The color is not what I expected so I'm probably going to order some more in different colors. I've attached a picture of my test application to my tool box. A more accurate color portrail would be helpful on the web site. I'll hold out praise until I put the letters on my bicycle to see how they look and last....

i was thrilled with my letters ordered for my mailbox. i paint mailboxes as a hobby and for gifts, and the lettering has always been the down-side of the whole project; time consuming and not always easy. your letters have solved that problem! i am so happy i found you! thanks for the fast service too!...

I was very pleased with my decal. It was just as nice as the picture was and as I hope it would be.. I put it on my window but unfortunately it didn't go on that smooth *sigh*.. It did wrinkle in a spot and the bottom ripped. It was my fault im sure I never put a decal on so this i guess was my ginny pig..At your end of business from my order to my deliver was outstanding. I like your product and really like your website. The product looks good, however I was trying to match the color of the boat grahics and missed. I ordered numbers and a boat name. I needed a real dark navy blue, the dark navy blue you have is more of a Royal blue. I should have ordered the BLACK instead as it would have been closer to the dark blue. The Name on the back of the boat "Dessert First" looks great, and since there is no dark blue boat graphic by it, it's not so bad. I have sent several people to your site for grahics. ...

I did receive my decals and have installed them. I ended up with a few air bubbles, especially in the "O"'s but I think that is because I installed the decals on a curved surface. I'm sure they will go away in a few days. Overall, I think the METRO LSI looks great! Thanks, CC ...
