The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.
We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite. With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live feedback area? First, for us, it has been informative. Some feedbacks have had good suggestions for improvement. Second, this area is also for our potential customers. I received the decals last Friday the 28th. Mine was the Sassa Frass and it worked great. I had never applied this type of decal before but it was very simple and looks like I painted the letters on...... The Hula Gal was for a friend and he had a little difficulty getting it to stick to the surface, so he used a hair dryer thinking a little heat might activate the adhesive and it did. His worked well from that point. ...

Was a little bigger than I thought. A real picture or actual size would have help my decision but it looks pretty close. ### response ### Thanks for your feedback. You mentioned it was a bit large. Was it the size you requested (2.00 inches Height x 19.68 inches Width)? Also you mentioned a real picture or actual size would have been better. On the real picture, that would be cool! If we had our products sitting on shelves waiting for orders, we could snap some shots of the actual product. But since the product you order is not made until after we get your order, the preview image works pretty well, but the suggestion will keep us working on better lettering previews (which we think is currently the best in the industry). On the actual size, again, let us know if your lettering was not the size you ordered. Just wanted to say thanks again for the great service! My helmet looks great. My wife was not at all into having another helmet airbrushed, so your decals were a pretty good decision. (At a price she could live with!) Let me explain a bit about the decals I chose. My last name loosely translates to "The Wall" in Italian. My previous masks were airbrished bricks, and that was getting spendy. As you can see in the pics, these look like bricks, and I loved the simple, graphic look of these in the white on the black. These are a great idea to jazz up a goal mask without going nuts w/ airbrushing. I'd certainly recommend you to the other goalies I know or coach. I'm sure I'll be back! ...
