I loved that you provide the option of selecting any color from the palette. That was awesome. I had a custom font that I wanted and that was easy to upload as well. The shadowing options were great too. I love that I could see what the design would look like before ordering. Payment through Paypal, simple. I loved that I received immediate confirmation with contact info and that I had a tracking number so I knew where the package was along the way.
