The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.
We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? My lettering and decals shipped the day after I ordered them and arrived only a couple days later! Although the lettering was much longer than expected, it fit on my bike and was very easy to apply. I recently ordered some lettering from Signspecialist.com for my 1984 Jeep CJ-7 I'm restoring. I was very satisfied with the results. The color and size of the letters were exactly what I ordered. I will defenitely order from Signspecialist.com again. Because I have not painted the Jeep as yet I can not show the new lettering, however the attached picture will give you an idea how the lettering will look only in a different color. Toby, The truck signs I ordered last week were better than expected and arrived when you said they would. Working with you on the phone to fine tune the sign went great. You truly seemed to understand what it was I was trying to do. They were bigger than needed for the truck so we used one one the front door of our store and the other on the side of our box trailer. They both look great. We want to order another identical sign for the other side of our trailer. Please let me know what a single will cost. I also need to order a different layout that will better fit the truck. I'll go to your site and order from there. P.S. We understand the difficulty of starting a business and we would like to help.
