The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.

It is exactly as I ordered it, in the exact dimensions and in the specialty font I wanted (by the way - you're the only company I could find that would let me send my choice of font with a .ttf file). First I want to comment and say that your pricing beats anyone on the market and as far as I can tell the quality of the vinyl is just as good. One area that I believe you can improve on is your webpage. It does not allow you to easily switch fonts without a lot of retyping and selecting the page of fonts you want to check. It became very frustrating to the point where I almost decided to go to another vendor. I received my order very quickly and for a reasonable shipping cost. The quality was as I would have expected, but I did have an issue with my Hail Port lettering. On line the lettering showed 3” from the Top of the letter to the bottom of the “g.” However, when I measure the lettering it was about a good ¼ inch too tall and would not fit in the location I selected on the boat. I called customer service and was helped immediately. She did agree that the website showed the letters being 3” total on the screen and would sending me a replacement if I paid for the shipping. I felt this was a good compromise. Overall very pleased, but I am confident that if addressing your website could help you close orders. The question to ask yourself is how many people visit your site and complete a transaction vs not completing a transaction? I hope you find this feedback helpful, for the only way to improve is to receive honest, actionable feedback. Thanks again!! I will send pictures once I place them on my boat! Brad Lloyd....
