The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.
We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? I have ordered several times and always recieved the best of quality. This past order I probably errored on some sizing issues of custom lettering. After emailing SignSpecialist of the problem they immediately replied and where more than willing to help me correct the error. What better company can you possibly do business with when they correct your error at no charge. Not to mention this fix was accomplished within a day. Pretty Good!...

I have tried several decal and lettering companies to make various sinage for me. Recently, I came upon a problem and tried SignSpecialist. My snowmobile needed registration lettering and this required custom sizing due to the lack of space offered for install. After viewing all your options (which was plentiful and a big bonus)I decided on a specific style. I recieved my order very fast and was blown away by the quality and looks. Needless, to say I liked what I got so much I paid to have all my lettering on my other snowmobile removed, so I could replace it with new stuff from SignSpecialist. I am here to say just when I thought quality was hard to come by, I definately found it. The price was half I expected to pay and quality is unchallenged....

This is my second order from you guys and I thank you very much. I received my two letters the other day. I ordered my letters and I accidently ordered them as a lower right shadow, and my previous order I had lower left. I then proceded to email you right after I placed my new order, and told you I needed to get it switched to lower left shadow. I receive my letters and sure enough, they had the lower left shadow. I received my order very, very quickly! The box it was in was slightly crushed. Doesn't appear to be any damage to the product, tho. when i placed the order, i clicked on bottom left drop shadow, but no second color was choosen. I assumed that the shadow would be black. However, there doesn't seem to be any shadow effect on my graphic. Not sure if it was my fault for not clicking black for second color. Other than that, I am very pleased with it.
