The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers.
We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good
or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign,
decal,
graphic,
or lettering
can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link
is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want,
upload a picture of their decal,
sign,
lettering,
or striping
into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers
to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback
area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback
area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield
lettering, vehicle
decals, and hood
and side
stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs
such as magnetic
signs, yard
signs, business
lettering, and, well really, signs
of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take
a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments
and pictures in this area.
We love to check out our
feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality
of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted
- gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite.
With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks
can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live
feedback area? First, for us, it has been informative. Some
feedbacks have had good suggestions for improvement. Second, this
area is also for our potential customers. We hope the feedback area
can give them a good feel as to what to expect in service and quality.
And we hope it is just the encouragement needed to try us out! But,
finally, good feedback, just makes us feel good. Every employee daily
checks out this feedback area to see what's new. What has it been

This is my second order from Sign specialist. The decal numbers will be used on our drag racing truck. We decided to wait for the first order to arrive, and it has, so we could be sure what we ordered was the correct size for our application and it was. We will be installing the first order on the truck over the weekend. I was instructed to go ahead and order the second decal today. After the second decal is installed we will take a before and after picture of the graphics and send them to you. With a feed back letter for you. So far we are very pleased with the transaction and the great follow up emails received. ...

Hello, I recently ordered 26 decals, and all 26 came back wrong. My top line was to read ######## deleted at customer's request #######, yet the decals I received read: ######## deleted at customer's request ####### Why is there a space between #### and #####? If you look at my order sheet, there is no such space indicated. In addition to that error (which I will admit doesn't look too bad, which is why I did not reject the entire order), there were 5 decals that were delivered to me with the bottom line simply spelled WRONG. I contacted your company via email, and they promptly fixed those five and shipped the corrected decals to me very quickly, which I very much appreciated since I was distributing the decals the very next day. It seems clear though, that somewhere between order entry and production, a human being takes over and enters this text manually into whatever system you use to produce the decals, thus the reason for the numerous spelling errors in my order. It's a shame, because your customer service, prices, and turnaround time are all excellent. However, I'm a bit hesitant to use your service again or recommend to a colleague without telling them of all the mistakes I experienced with my order. Thanks for allowing me to provide you with my constructive criticism, and I'm sure I'll be giving your company at least one more chance in the future. ###RESPONSE#### Thanks for the input. It is appreciated. Your order was filled by relatively new designer. Our policy has always been to copy/paste to avoid this confusion. Sorry for the problems on this order and your constructive criticism is, again, appreciated....

Just wanted to say thanks, I was very impressed by the way your company operates, the fact that you emphasize that it is a family run business, how you back up your product, and the ability to instruct someone as myself ,(who has no experience in this sort of task) to apply these decals and actually make them look like a pro did it.
