Customer Feedback

What are our customers saying about us? Check out our un-edited (typos an all) customer feedback. The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done. Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.

We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite. With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live feedback area? First, for us, it has been informative. Some feedbacks have had good suggestions for improvement. Second, this area is also for our potential customers. We hope the feedback area can give them a good feel as to what to expect in service and quality. And we hope it is just the encouragement needed to try us out! It looks great; haven;t had time to install yet. Just a suggestion: All I wanted was the customized "G's Buerger in Paradise" part. The "Fishin Impossible" part will be thrown away. I may keep the square frame part, but need something inside (like a plam tree or something. Bottomline: You should have a template, and then your customers could "cut & paste" from your designs. Hope this makes sense - my heart always goes out to entreprenuers (sp check?) Cost was very good and when my "boat people" see it, I'm sure they'll be begging me for your website...

I originally bought one decal for my Toyota FJ Cruiser with our forum name and my forum name. We have a group that go to the Outter Banks, NC for trips. Every one saw mine and liked them. This trip I planned to give each one of my friends one of the decals. I ordered 10 and now I need to order 10 more! I do not have a digital camera but after this trip I will get plenty of pictures of them on our vehicles and email you some pictures. I am a old guy and do not understand how to put the pictures on the computer so I will have my younger friends email them to me. Thanks again the decals are excellent and contain very detailed cuts....

When I ordered my decal, I indicated that I wanted a white decal but when I changed the font I wanted that automatically changed the color to red. Immediately after ordering, I e-mailed asking for the white decal instead of red. I never heard back and got a red decal in the mail. It is not what I really wanted so I have not used it. ****** REPLY ****** Melanie, this is the first we've heard about this problem (which email did you send it to?). We'd love to resend your decal to you as desired, but we also do not see an order from a "Melanie" in the last two months for a decal? Maybe you ordered under another name? Feel free to call the toll free number at the bottom of the page so we can make this right (look up your order and resend right away). ...
