Customer Feedback

What are our customers saying about us? Check out our un-edited (typos an all) customer feedback. The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done. Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.

We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite. With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live feedback area? First, for us, it has been informative. Some feedbacks have had good suggestions for improvement. Second, this area is also for our potential customers. We hope the feedback area can give them a good feel as to what to expect in service and quality. And we hope it is just the encouragement needed to try us out! I like being able to design my own lettering in my home without having to go to a sign shop. You can create almost any kind of lettering you want. When you recieve the product it looks even better than it did on the screen. I've purchased lettering for the car before from here two years ago and it held up great and still does, but I wanted a different design. Shipping was fast. There was a little confusion when picking the lettering length. Sometimes when making the word shorter such as 10%,20% etc. it would squeeze the word real tight together. I knew it couldn't look that way with only going 10 t0 20% shorter so I ordered it and I was right it looked great. ...

South Carolina requires that a boat have 3" registration numbers on each side of the bow. That could take away from the clean lines of a sleek boat like this Triton, but signspecialist.com allowed me to design my numbers to exactly match the colors of the accent stripe and outline. As you can see, the registration numbers blend in perfectly on this boat. And the instructions for the applicaton of the vinyl transfers were well explained and easy to follow, even for a novice like myself....

I built one of my Grandson this computer for Christmas, and wanted to put something on it special. He's a member of the Death Wish paint ball team here and their logo is the Grim Riper. I have to say that we looked for quite sometime for a decal for my motorcycle. It came and looks fantastic. To my surprise the horse came in the gold coloring which was exactly what I wanted.
