What are our customers saying about us?  Check out our un-edited (typos an all) customer feedback.  The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers.  We do not edit or delete posts by our customers.  This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here.  After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area.  We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.   Yes, people love show off their vehicles.  We're glad to help.  This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes.  However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds.  If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.

We love to check out our feedback!  This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product.  We never know what is going to be posted - gulp!  Is our feedback perfect?  Close, but not quite.  With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do.  Why have an unedited live feedback area?  First, for us, it has been informative.  Some feedbacks have had good suggestions for improvement.  Second, this area is also for our potential customers.  We hope the feedback area can give them a good feel as to what to expect in service and quality.  And we hope it is just the encouragement needed to try us out!  But, finally, good feedback, just makes us feel good.  Every employee daily checks out this feedback area to see what's new.  What has it been today?  Keep reading for SignSpecialist.com and Wildstripes.com  and NameMyBoat.com customer feedback.

I looked around here in Canada for boat numbering decals at a reasonable price. I found you on the website made a quick phone call to friendly voice with a few questions and less than a week later it was here. Having it delivered to our friends across the border (1 hour away) The total cost was less than 1/2 of what it would have been here. Kit came with what I needed. Great Job. Thank You!! ...

Well, the package arrived on Friday July 5th, but the Priority Mail box was totally crushed! We will be attempting to apply the Registration numbers tomorrow night, but the paper backing is very wrinkled. I have had it under a book to try to flatten it out, but we will see. I realize that the postoffice is responsible for the condition of the box, but it would have been nice if the decal had not been folded in thirds by you. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to handle the "wrinkles"...

This is my fourth order and your products and service continue to be fantastic. This time, a section of dual pin striping was torn and missing from a used boat I recently purchased. M-m-m-m... what to do? I decided to order a 3/4 inch wide decal in the matching colors (burgundy with gold flake outline)and even added a fake EXL to the end to make it long enough to fill the gap. Looks beautiful, and I now own the ONLY Glastron SSV 1750 EXL in the World! Thanks for another great job....

This is the third boat that I have used SignSpecialist and every one of them has received praise for the quality of the product. Even when the gentleman buffing the boat after winter storage let the buffer get away and wiped out part of the registration, a simple phone call and the replacement was on the way!!!
