“Well stupid me, two years ago I placed an order with "the" Specialist but I got the boat number wrong and didn't realize it. So I went to their web site and got on the "Chat" window - told the Rep what I'd done and what I needed. Even though I didn't have any data about my order from two years ago, they found everything - order number, decal/lettering, color, style - everything and even my shipping address. So guess what - I have new and "Correct" numbers on the way and we did it all through Chat - these folks are fantastic and that's just them... don't wait to check out their products, they're just as amazing! Thank you Sign "Specialist's"!!! I'll be back... ”
