		John Hall Toby, Final product is awesome!!! I love it. It took me a while to install because the weather is cold up here in Syracuse this time of year and had to wait for a day when it wasn't so cold. My only suggestion is that you sent installation directions that were kind of confusing. So I used the directions from your website. I would recommend NOT spraying the soapy water on the surface first because the letters were sliding all over the place and I had to place them free hand and some of them are not lined up like the way they were received from you. Otherwise Im happy with your product but a lower price would be nice as well. Don't have a digital camera so no picture, sorry. Would love for you to see it. Thanks. 		a thompson reichert I should have done my homework. New York City requires that the door lettering (registration, etc.) be 3" in height, rather than the DOT 2". I take responsibility for the mistake. The lettering I bought was marketed as DOT lettering, not NYC. But a warning or note of information would be helpful to others. Your service was prompt and efficient. Good luck in your efforts to build a good business. 		Colleen Glaab The sticker is great!! But I have a suggestion-- it would have been beneficial prior to purchasing the sticker, while I was online creating it, to be able to see the final product in the final size-- so I could print it out in the final size... then i could have realized if I wanted it bigger/smaller/longer/etc. but the sticker is great! #### REPLY #### Good suggestion!
