Customer Feedback

What are our customers saying about us? Check out our un-edited (typos an all) customer feedback. The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done. Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.

We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite. With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live feedback area? First, for us, it has been informative. Some feedbacks have had good suggestions for improvement. Second, this area is also for our potential customers. We hope the feedback area can give them a good feel as to what to expect in service and quality. And we hope it is just the encouragement needed to try us out! I was super impressed by SignSpecialist.com! My husband owns a 1999 Dodge Ram pick-up truck and to say the least it is his pide and joy. He is starting to "pimp his ride" so to say and has wanted decals. I am a person that does Christmas shopping early so I started serching around for presents. I came upon this site and "wow". I ordered him 2 decals for the back of his Dodge and loved the idea of personalizing it! I love the decals and the customer service was top notch!!!!! I have given the web-site out to many people and have plans to order more once I have given my husband his for Christmas! His decal is so much better than a plain jane Dodge Ram head. It now has his name above it and reads "Jeremy's Dodge" instead of just "Dodge". I love them and can't wait to give them to him and tell him about this site!!!!!! Toby - we got the sign on today and they look really nice. Here is a picture of the one on the Karryall - I think we will want to have two more to put on the upper sides where the fifth wheel part extends over the truck bed. But, I think I'll wait a bit for those. We managed to bugger up one of the red o's on one of the small truck signs. Is it possible to get just another letter to replace the one we fritzed?? The top picture shows the windshield lettering, and the bottom shows the barbwire Chevy bowtie. They look much better in person. I took the pictures at sundown, so they didn't turn out too well. They were so easy to put on! The quality is unbeatable, and so was the price! Now when people see this truck, they know it's mine! You guys rock!...
